SkyFi
Trust & Security

Security is the foundation we build on.

SkyFi moves business-critical payments, so security isn't a feature — it's a requirement. Here's how we protect your data, your funds, and your account, and how you can help us keep it that way.

Protections

How we protect your account

Encryption in transit & at rest

All traffic between your device and SkyFi is encrypted with TLS. Sensitive account and payment data is encrypted at rest, with access limited to systems and personnel that need it to operate the platform.

Bank-grade infrastructure

SkyFi is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services and deposit custody are provided by Grasshopper Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, on infrastructure built for regulated financial operations.

Independent compliance audits

Our controls are assessed against AICPA SOC 2 Type 1 criteria, and reviewed on an ongoing basis as SkyFi scales to support more of your treasury operations.

Real-time monitoring

Account activity, payments, and login behavior are monitored continuously so unusual or unauthorized activity can be flagged and acted on quickly.

Business controls & permissions

Role-based access lets you decide exactly who on your team can view, approve, or send payments, with an audit trail behind every action taken on your account.

Fraud & anomaly detection

Payments and account changes are screened by automated risk checks designed to catch fraud patterns before funds move, backed by a team that can step in when something looks off.
