Pay-by-Bank payments process through the Federal Reserve in daily windows. Missing a cut-off rolls to the next available window automatically.

Miss a cut-off?

The transaction automatically rolls into the next available processing window — no action needed.

If a payment is submitted after the 12:00 PM ET cut-off — the last same-day window — it will not process that day.

Instead, it automatically rolls forward to the first available window the next business day (11:00 AM ET cut-off). No action is required from you or your customer — the payment is queued and will go out on its own.

Timing reflects when the payment is processed for settlement. The receiving bank controls when funds are made available, which may take longer than same-day in some cases.

Weekends and federal holidays are not business days. Payments submitted Friday after the last cut-off will process on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Statement Descriptor

What your customer will see after paying

Your statement line will read SKYFI* READYMIX C — limited to 10 characters after the prefix.

We recommend adding a short note at checkout — something like "Your bank statement will show SKYFI* [Business Name]" — so customers recognize the charge and don't flag it.

Merchant processing fees are subject to eligibility, transaction volume, and account standing. Fees as low as 50 basis points (0.50%) apply to qualifying transactions only. Actual fees may vary. Banking services provided by Grasshopper Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. Pay-by-Bank payments are processed via ACH and are subject to applicable NACHA rules and return risk.
