We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

We share necessary information with Grasshopper Bank, N.A. to provide banking services, comply with KYC/AML requirements, and process transactions on your behalf.

We engage vetted third-party vendors (e.g., identity verification, fraud detection, cloud infrastructure) who process data only on our behalf and under strict data processing agreements.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

To opt out of any permissible sharing, or to ask questions about how your information is shared, contact us at support@skyfichecking.com. Federal law does not require us to provide a separate annual privacy notice if our practices have not changed and we do not share beyond what is permitted without opt-out rights; however, we remain committed to transparency.
