Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement ("MSA") is entered into by and between you and Grasshopper Bank, N.A. ("Bank", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of banking services made available to you through the SkyFi platform, including Mobile Banking, ACH and Wire Transfer Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Pay, and debit card services. Banking services are provided by Grasshopper Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. SkyFi is a financial technology company and program manager — it is not a bank.

Acceptance of Master Service Agreement
By electronically signing or accepting this Grasshopper Bank Master Service Agreement, or by using the Services or maintaining an account, the Client agrees to be bound by the Grasshopper Bank, N.A. Master Service Agreement, together with the Deposit Agreement, the Grasshopper Bank Banking Agreement, each applicable Schedule, and all corresponding Supporting Documents (collectively the "Agreement").
By accepting the Agreement, the Client represents and warrants that: it has determined it is in the Client's best interest to enter into the Agreement; the Authorized Representative who signs or accepts the Agreement is duly authorized to bind the Client; and the Agreement constitutes a binding, valid, and legally enforceable obligation.
